The 4th of July is a favorite time of year for many locals and that includes the fun activities scheduled throughout the Basin. Thousands will line Vernal’s Main Street for one of those favorite activities taking place – the Vernal Area Chamber of Commerce 4th of July Parade. Applications are now available at the Vernal Chamber Office. This year’s parade theme is ROCKIN’ IN THE USA with prizes to be given out for Most Patriotic, Best Flag Display, Most Unique, and People’s Choice. The parade will be held on Monday, July 4th and all entries must be decorated in accordance with the theme. Applications are due by Thursday, June 30th at the Vernal Chamber Office at 134 West Main.
