Uintah-Ouray Indian Health Services issued an announcement this week to the public: If you enter any of the Fort Duchesne Indian Health Services buildings, you must wear a mask the entire time you are in an IHS building. The only time it may be removed is during an examination when your mask is in the way. Failure to wear your mask properly will result in you being asked to leave the building. All COVID testing is done on the West side of the building by the ambulance doors. Do not enter the IHS building if you are COVID positive or are having COVID symptoms, sneezing, stuffy nose, headaches, loss of taste, or cough. Please call 435-725-6815 to schedule your COVID test.
