TriCounty Health Department announced on Monday a second COVID-19 death in the health district. The announcement states that it is a new confirmed COVID-19 death in Duchesne County that was reported by the Utah Department of Health. TriCounty Health explained that it was not included in Monday’s numbers because it was not yet confirmed. Monday’s total case count to date for the TriCounty Health District was 227 with 29 of those cases listed as Active and 198 listed as Recovered. Monday’s report showed 18 Hospitalizations to date and 1 Death. The second death and any new data will be included in Tuesday’s Situational Update on www.tricountyhealth.com.
