A Duchesne County father is being held without bail after being arrested on Child Abandonment and Child Abuse charges. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, 40-year-old Jesse Colt Jensen was arrested on Monday after allegedly kicking out his teenage children on separate and multiple occasions accompanied by physical abuse. The Affidavit described over a dozen specific incidents and noted that Jensen was heavily intoxicated during these events. Jesse Jensen was arrested and is charged with three counts of Intentional Child Abuse with Injury and three counts of 3rd Degree Felony Child Abandonment. The judge ordered him to be held without bail and his initial appearance is scheduled in 8th District Court on April 29th.
