A local family has requested the public’s help in spreading the word of a missing family member. Pam Weyerman has shared that Briana Marie Belk was last seen on the night of February 16, 2025 at her home in Vernal, Utah, and has not been heard from since. “Briana has intellectual disabilities that interfere with her ability to make safe decisions,” shares Weyerman, “and we are deeply concerned for her well-being. She left a note stating that she is with an unknown boyfriend, but we have no information on who this person is or where they might be.” A missing persons report has been filed with the Uintah County Sheriff’s Office, and the case is being handled by Officer Cody Russell. Anyone with information is asked to call Officer Russell at 435-789-4222 and Pam Weyerman at 435-796-5330.
