The volunteers of the Duchesne Volunteer Fire Department are continually improving in their abilities to save lives and serve the public. Most recently, the group received emergency vehicle driving training. Members of Duchesne Fire & EMS, along with Myton Fire Department, completed annual Emergency Vehicle Driver training utilizing the Utah Fire and Rescue Academy’s Emergency Apparatus Driver Simulator (EADS). Also within the last week, they completed Pump Operations training utilizing the Utah Fire and Rescue Academy’s new Pump Simulator.
