A former UBATC teacher in Duchesne County has been charged with 2nd Degree Felony Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a 16-year-old. 33-year-old Noah Christopher Behunin was charged on February 8th in 8th District Court. According to court documents, the incidents took place in the months of December and January and the charges were filed after a teen girl told investigators that she had had sex multiple times with Behunin in the camp trailer where he was living. Behunin was living in the trailer on the property of a co-worker. Deseret News reports that he had been fired prior to his arrest though no further information was offered. Behunin is scheduled to be in court on March 20th.
