Duchesne County 4-H Having Annual Producer Workshop

Duchesne County 4-H with the Utah State University Extension will be holding their Annual Producer Workshop. The theme is very timely, “Farming in a Time of Uncertainty” with some key topics being Weeds in Alfalfa, Corn and Grasses, Irrigation Scheduler and Poisonous Plants/Nitrate Poisoning. Lending their experience to the discussions will be members of the USU Extension Corey Ransom an Associate Professor,  Boyd Kitchen and Troy D. Cooper, County Agents. The Weed Control Supervisors for Duchesne and Uintah County, Rex Broadhead and Nathan Belliston will be attending as well. There will be two sessions. One in Roosevelt
on Wednesday, March 6th from 7pm to 9pm
in the USU Multi Purpose Room. The other in Vernal
on Thursday, March 7th
at Western Park
from 7pm to 9pm
