Crowds are loving the Vernal Theatre Live Season 9 closing production ‘Kiss Me, Kate!’ and tonight kicks off the show’s closing weekend. Director Jen Curtis says feedback from the audiences has been overwhelmingly positive. “Audiences young and old are thoroughly enjoying our show,” shares Curtis. “There is comedy and conflict that theater-goers of any age are appreciating. Many who have seen or known this show are loving our take on this classic and even newer theater goers are relating to and laughing along with our actors!” This production wraps up a successful Season 9 for the theatre which welcomed 86 different onstage participants with 26 of them new to the Vernal Theatre Live stage. The first three shows of Season 10 were recently announced which will include ‘Fiddler on the Roof’, ‘Clue’, and ‘Annie’.
