Funeral services for Barry Winter, age 79, the husband of Lucinda Winter, will be held Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 10:00am at the Uintah Conference Center (313 East 200 South).
A Visitation for family and friends will be Friday from 6:00pm ~ 8:00pm at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home, and Saturday from 8:45am ~ 9:45am at the Conference Center.
Interment will be in Vernal Memorial Park with Military Honors by the American Legion Post 11. Under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
