Excitement continues to grow with updates on this year’s Dinosaur Dash with the Bonneville Off Road Racing Series. An incorrect date was previously shared on BasinNow so get on your calendar May 2nd as the correct date with gates opening at 8am. Duncan Rowley with Bonneville Off Road shares that the BLM has given conditional approval for a new event location. Normally, the race is in the Buckskin Hills recreation area in Uintah County but this year is moving across the highway for double the space. Some approvals are still needed but Rowley says the move north to a new spot is big news for all involved as it means the loop will be closer to 30 miles. “The tradition of the Dinosaur Dash is continuing and we are excited to announce we have added an additional 15 miles to the course so we have doubled the size of the loop,” shares Rowley. “We are looking forward to having more exciting baha style races with everything from UTVs all the way up to trophy trucks.” For more information on the Dinosaur Dash on May 2nd, visit www.bor-racing.org.
