The Hospitality Committee in Uintah County has decided it’s time to recognize the faces of customer service in local business with the creation of the Dino “Soar” Service award. The award will be given monthly to someone in the Hospitality Industry that “Soars” above what is normally seen and the first recipient is more than deserving of the recognition. Anthony Lee has been serving the public in the restaurant industry for over 12 years and while being presented the award during Tuesday’s Chamber luncheon, the room was asked who had had the privilege of having Anthony as their server. Nearly every hand in the room went up. “Anthony is a shining example of what Dino ‘Soar’ Service is and is someone others in the industry can look up to,” shares Uintah County Travel and Tourism Director Lesha Coltharp. “Anthony is a lifelong resident of the Basin and truly enjoys serving the public.” The citizens of Uintah County are invited to send nominations for the next Dino “Soar” Service Award recipient.
