Funeral services for Dexton Bristol, age 15 of Vernal, will be held Wednesday February 18, 2026 at 11:00am.
Visitation and viewing for family and friends will be Tuesday from 6:00pm ~ 8:00pm and Wednesday from 9:45am ~ 10:45am all at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
Interment in Vernal Memorial Park.
