Daggett County Commissioners have provided the public with an update on happenings in their county. “The County is still embroiled in the lawsuit with Dutch John,” shares Commissioners. “In the meantime, Dutch John Water and Sewer rates are currently being discussed. We are hoping for decisions in the next couple of weeks.” Commissioners also shared that Daggett County is entering an agreement with Uintah County to cover fire suppression for the east end of Daggett County from Red Canyon to the Colorado state line. Finally, Daggett County Commission shared that they have hired a commercial Realtor to sell the Daggett County Jail property.
