The Daggett County Commission has initiated a study to see what options are available for a developing subdivision. On the east end of Daggett County, a group of 7 potential subdivisions of 143 lots each are being explored but at present are facing issues in developing because it has no water or sewer available. “The study is an effort to see if any progress can be made toward remedying this situation to provide these services for those property owners,” shares the Commissioners. “Development of those lots with homes and second homes would benefit the county by providing a tax basis more than unusable lots. This will be an ongoing effort,” they explain.  The lots are in the Taylor Flats area.
