Con Amore Students Celebrate D.A.R.E. Graduation Day

The D.A.R.E. program continues to educate and empower local youth and the most recent class to graduate from the program is the awesome kids at Con Amore school in Duchesne County. The Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office offered their congratulations to the students from Mrs. Aliza and Mrs. Shelly’s classes who actually participated in the 2020 D.A.R.E. program and finally got to hold their graduation on Monday. “D.A.R.E. teaches our youth to be empowered to respect others while learning how to apply basic principles in their everyday lives free from violence, substance abuse and other dangerous behaviors,” shares the Sheriff’s Office. “Congratulations to these students who earned their D.A.R.E. certificate today. Sheriff Deputy Ryan Bastian and our D.A.R.E. Instructor, Deputy Misti Duncan hosted the celebration with a pizza party and ice cream for everyone. Congratulations to these boys and girls of Con Amore.” Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office sponsors the course throughout the schools in Duchesne County.
