Compliance Check Leads To New Felony Charges

A Duchesne County woman who was on parole has again been arrested and is facing additional felony charges. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, officers were conducting a compliance check at the residence of Heather Marron in Bluebell when an officer observed a glass pipe with burnt residue in plain view. A search warrant was obtained to search the rest of the residence and significant items of contraband were located. 36-year-old Heather June Marron was arrested and has additional charges of 3rd Degree Felony Prohibited Dangerous Weapon Conduct and two counts of 3rd Degree Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, as well as other Misdemeanor drug charges. On April 15th she was ordered to be held without bail with an initial court appearance scheduled for April 20th.
