Colorado Man Charged In 8th District Court After Sending Nude Photo

A Colorado man has been charged in 8th District Court as a result of an interaction he had with an undercover law enforcement officer. According to the Probable Cause Statement, a law enforcement officer using an undercover profile online received messages from 31-year-old Jason Pillard on an internet chat site and also Snapchat. During the Snapchat conversation, Pillard intentionally sent a nude photograph of himself believing that he was sending it to a 13-year-old girl. Pillard is charged with 3rd Degree Felony Dealing in Materials Harmful to a Minor. His Initial Appearance in 8th District Court is scheduled for March 3rd.
