Marijuana continues to get the green light in Colorado where legislation continues to promote the industry. Colorado House Bill 1034 went through and will make moving medical marijuana licenses easier throughout the state. More bills making progress include Senate Bill 187 that will allow non-residents to apply for occupational marijuana licenses in the state, and Senate Bill 178 that will allow arrested medical marijuana patients to have access the drug if they are out on bond. Senate Bill 187 is aimed at helping those moving to Colorado to have a legal way to use marijuana.
