Many hands make light work! On Saturday there will be a massive cleaning effort at Cottonwood and Bullock Reservoirs in the Lapoint area. Trash bags, gloves, and necessities will be provided and there will be some added incentive for showing up and helping. Each bag of trash you gather and bring to the dumpster on site will equal a raffle ticket. Once cleanup is done there will be a drawing for the awesome prizes that include gift certificates, paddle board rentals, concert tickets and more. “A little bit will make a big difference at these lakes,” shares Sharlee, the event organizer. “Bring your family out and there are even a couple different stamps that can be earned for Passport to Summer.” Come help clean this Saturday 8am to noon at Cottonwood and Bullock Reservoirs in Lapoint.
