Funeral Service for Cheryl Kinsman, age 71, of Vernal, the wife of Clyde Kinsman, will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday July 29,2023. A Viewing will be held July 28,2023 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Blackburn Vernal Mortuary 15 East 100 N Vernal, Utah at the same location.
Interment will be at Vernal Memorial Park 1750 S 500 E.
