An inmate in the Duchesne County Jail that admitted to sprinkling meth on fellow inmates’ food has charges now filed in 8th District Court for what took place. 20-year-old Kane Olvera-Swain was originally arrested on October 21st on charges of lewdness, disorderly conduct, and drugs.
