KNEU 1250The Uintah School Board is unanimously making their voices heard with a letter addressed to Governor Gary Herbert explaining their opposition to suspend any extracurricular sport or activity beyond November 23rd, citing the health and safety of students.
At this point most people are used to the construction along Vernal’s Highway 40 downtown but regardless, it’s time for a break from it. “Paving and temporary striping operations are complete, crews have removed traffic control and have suspended construction for the winter season,” shares Vernal City.
As of October 19, 2020, the Duchesne County Commissioners have adopted a Trails Master Plan. This plan contains over 150 potential trail projects throughout the county. On November 2nd, the County Commissioners passed a resolution establishing a County Trails Committee.
