KNEU 1250A fugitive wanted out of Colorado was arrested in Vernal on Friday. According to the Uintah County Sheriff’s Office, 21-year-old Stanley Lucero had a half a million dollar warrant out for his arrest in connection to a homicide that took place in Grand Junction.
