Well deserved awards were presented at the Vernal Chamber luncheon on Tuesday. The Public Relations Committee presented Nashelle and Daniel Jackson of Vernal Theatre: LIVE with the Business of the Month Award. “Supporting Vernal Theatre: LIVE is to support a revitalization and renewal of downtown Vernal,” shares the Vernal Chamber. “It also shows support of the Arts and the youth of our community.” Congratulations to the Jacksons and Vernal Theatre: LIVE community! The Public Relations Committee also presented the Outstanding Public Service Award to Dave Haney. Haney is the owner/operator of Microtel Inn and Suites where local events are sponsored every year including the Basin Bash, Outlaw Jamboree, and Dinosaur Days.
