Lower Brush Creek Road has reopened after being washed out in one area due to last weekend’s heavy rains. The Uintah County Road Department completed the initial repair on Thursday. “We’ll need to do some work on the abutments at some point but it’s perfectly safe for now,” shares Uintah County Commissioner Willis LeFevre. “It’s a little narrow at this point but has reflectors. Folks just need to slow down, be careful and proceed with caution. As far as long term, that will be evaluated before coming to any conclusions or possible long term action.” For those that have further questions, please call 435-789-1070.
