BLM Approves Oil And Gas Drilling Projects In Uintah County

The Bureau of Land Management Vernal Field Office announced on Tuesday that an Environmental Assessment has been issued for the Glade Well Pad. The Official signed a decision record approving four Applications for Permit to Drill authorizing applicant Anschutz Exploration Corporation to horizontally drill natural gas wells from the Glade Fed 0925 Well Pad. The EA also analyzed constructing the pad with associated infrastructure, including an access road and pipelines, and drilling up to four additional wells for a total of eight.
