The BLM has announced additional approvals on energy infrastructure. On February 4th, the BLM Vernal Field Office shared that the BLM will amend an existing right-of-way for Anschutz Exploration to install temporary waterlines to transport water for approved completion operations on the permitted Bierstadt and Remington Well Pads. The project location is along 9 miles of existing county-claimed roads, including Saddler Tree Wash Road, and approved lease roads in Uintah County. The BLM Vernal Field Office also approved 2 applications for permit to drill for applicant Robert L. Bayless, Producer LLC. This project is also located in Uintah County and includes construction of two well pads and supporting infrastructure, including pipelines and access roads.
