Uintah Basin businesses are being encouraged to take the ‘Stay Safe to Stay Open’ pledge. “The pledge was started by the governor with the Utah Health Department and Salt Lake Chamber to educate, inform, and help businesses communicate to the consumer and their employees that they have pledged to follow the department of Utah Health guidelines,” shares Rachel Larsen with the Salt Lake Chamber. Larsen and others came out to the Basin on Tuesday to help local businesses take the pledge. “The initiative does not cost anything and it takes two minutes to sign up. Once a business signs up, they will be added to a directory on the Stay Safe website with all of the other businesses throughout Utah.” To learn more, visit stayopenutah.com
