Many people are getting the COVID-19 vaccine and Utah’s mask mandate will soon be lifted since Governor Spencer Cox signed HB294 on Monday… HB294 states that “health safety measures in a K-12 school may remain in place” but that the health order “shall be terminated no later than July 1st, 2021.”

Utah Joins Lawsuit to Stop Biden Oil/Gas Lease Ban

Utah has joined a multi state lawsuit in the battle to block the Biden Administration’s plan to suspend oil and gas leases on federal lands in Utah and beyond. According to Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes, the lawsuit says Biden Executive Order 14008 is in violation of the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act (OCSLA) and the Mineral Leasing Act (MLA).
