Ashley Elementary decided this Christmas to find a way to give back and help others in need. Every year, Ashley Elementary has been the recipient of four to five Walmart gift cards through the KSL Quarters For Christmas program to be given to students and their families in need of shoes, clothes and winter coats. “They have helped many Ashley families and I wanted to give back to this generous program but we still need lots more quarters to donate,” shares Ashley Principal Carrie Weldon. The school is inviting Ashley families and beyond to make donations, whether big or small, to help out kids all across the state of Utah. The students have been busy doing their part with some finding motivation by trying to compete with other classes.
