Three people were arrested on Saturday following the theft of a vehicle in Roosevelt. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, on May 16, Taylor Thorn along with Richard Nelson and Jesse Jones took a motor vehicle while they were at a gas station in Roosevelt. They did not have permission to take the vehicle or to take the attached cargo trailer that was full of the owner’s possessions. Richard, Taylor, and Jesse were stopped by Utah Highway Patrol and taken to Duchesne County Jail. Tayler Rayola Thorn, Richard John Nelson, and Jesse Len Jones were each arrested and now face felony theft charges. Nelson and Thorn also received drug related charges.
