An arrest was made on Sunday after officers received a report of stolen property in Duchesne County. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, the property owner “reported that a white pickup with a bed rack had come onto the property. While on the property the driver of the vehicle got out and attached to a black utility trailer and went over to the neighboring property and took a red canoe and loaded it. The driver went into a lean-to causing damage to the structure while entering and took green t-posts and green lumber posts out of it.” The owner showed officers pictures of the vehicle caught on his trail camera and officers could see a white pickup with a skull inside the vehicle on the dash. The driver appeared to be a bald, white male with a white beard in his 50s. The owner also sent pictures of the building that was broken into showing damage to the structure itself. An officer drove by the property and observed a black utility trailer and a red canoe matching the description. The officer could also see a white pickup on the property with a bed rack and a skull on the dash inside. Based on the suspect unlawfully entering someone’s property and that the stolen items were in plain view from a public area, officers received a search warrant. 54-year-old Steven Kendall Radmall was present at the property and taken into custody. Radmall is charged with 3rd Degree Felony Burglary and Theft as well as several Misdemeanor charges.
