The Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office has announced their investigation of another livestock shooting after receiving a report of a cow that was shot in the Tabiona area near SR-208. “This incident follows a similar case reported in late July, when a calf was found shot and killed in the same general area,” shares the announcement. “Deputies are working to determine whether the two cases are connected. Crimes like this not only result in financial loss for local ranchers but also raise serious concerns for the safety of livestock and residents in the area. We are asking the public to remain alert and report anything unusual or suspicious they may have seen.” If you have information, please contact the Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office at 435-738-2015 or Central Dispatch at 435-738-2424.
