The Uintah Basin Chapter of the American Petroleum Institute has a fantastic lineup for their April meeting today. They will be hosting representatives from the Uinta Basin Railway to talk about where things are at with the highly anticipated rail project. Rio Grande Pacific’s Senior Vice President Mark W. Hemphill, Government Affairs Director Pam Juliano, and Deputy Project Manager Kyle Robe will do a presentation on the project and then have a questions and answers session.
