An Altamont High School Senior who turned 18 in January was arrested this week for alleged crimes involving a 12-year-old victim. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, Wyatt Ringo Brown had been communicating with the victim on an app called Pengu that included Brown sending nude pictures of himself. In March, Brown offered to take the victim to the store to buy her some food but drove to the park instead where he kissed her, placed his hands on her, and allegedly exposed himself. Wyatt has been accused of similar behavior previously with another victim which was charged and handled through the Juvenile Court system. 18-year-old Wyatt Ringo Brown was arrested on April 28th and is charged with 3 counts of 3rd Degree Felony Dealing in Material Harmful to a Minor, 2 counts of Enticing a Minor, and Unlawful Kissing of a Child.
