An additional arrest has been made in a case in which at least 2 houses, 3 campers, and 3 outbuildings were entered and items were stolen. A search warrant issued on a Roosevelt address revealed many stolen items last month, including stolen vehicles. 44-year-old Cliffton David Riker and 36-year-old Barbara Jo Bracken were arrested on June 19th after the search warrant revealed stolen items, including a stolen generator, a stolen 1991 Toyota truck and a flatbed trailer. Riker and Bracken were each charged with 2nd Degree Felony Burglary of a Dwelling, 2 counts of Receiving a Stolen Vehicle, and Theft. On July 1st, 30-year-old Taylor Swain was also arrested in connection to the stolen items. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, Swain disclosed that he had been to the property and been part of taking property though he could not say the amount of times or what all had been taken. Taylor Swain was arrested on Burglary, Theft, and Criminal Trespass charges.
