It’s the 50th anniversary of Starvation Reservoir and Duchesne County 4-H is inviting the community to celebrate. The Starvation Reservoir Water Festival is being held January 15th from 1 to 3pm. Admission is free and provides a rare chance to get a tour of the Starvation Dam. There will be activities like learning how to ice fish, a peek into the upgrade the water plant is getting, a painting activity for kids, tips and tricks on how to stay safe in the snow, and hot chocolate and s’mores for everyone!
