Halloween time at the Uintah County Library is also a celebration of a world famous wizard. “Have you noticed a parliament of owls gathering outside your window, strange figures transforming right before your eyes, or maybe even the whispers of a snake? This is your call to Hogwarts, my friends,” says Librarian Christina Higgins. Uintah County Library is hosting a magical Harry Potter Day on Thursday, October 28th. Young children and caregivers are invited to the Halloween Walk through the library and county building from 10:00 am to noon. School age students and families can explore Hogwarts at the library from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and teens will enjoy the Harry Potter after party at the library from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Wizards and muggles alike will not want to miss this, shares Higgins, so gather your robes and join the fun on October 28th at the Uintah County Library!
