A missing child that the Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office asked the public to watch for has been found safe. The 10-year-old female had been reported missing Tuesday evening.
She had been seen at 6:00pm around the library in Duchesne heading eastbound down the alleyway and the help of law enforcement was recruited when she could not be found. The Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office turned to the public for help by sharing the girl’s description and picture on social media. The search was still on as 11pm approached but thankfully officials announced at 11:31pm that the Duchesne girl had been found safe and was reunited with her family.
