Vernal Theatre: Live has had five solid years of bringing local talent to the stage. They just recently announced the shows for their sixth season. The season will kick off with ‘Footloose the Musical’ directed by Jay and Molly Haslem and running September 10th through the 18th. Auditions for this show are July 15th and 16th. In October, from the 15th to the 23rd the theatre will present ‘The Curious Savage’ directed by McKenzie Johnstun. December 16th through the 22nd will bring ‘A Christmas Carol’ directed by Nashelle Jackson. Then in 2022, ‘The Importance of Being Earnest’ will be directed by Myndee Hanberg with performances January 14th through the 22nd. Amber Harrison will direct the February show of ‘She Loves Me’. Finally, the sixth season will close in April with ‘A Tale of Two Cities’ directed by Nashelle Jackson. Also be sure to catch the youth production of ‘Seussical the Musical Jr.’ running July 28th through the 31st.
