The Utah Public Safety Department has continued their recommendations for holiday gatherings that will continue through the New Year Holiday. Gatherings with more safety measures in place, such as mask wearing, physical distancing, and handwashing, pose less risk than gatherings where fewer or no preventive measures are being implemented. While indoors it is suggested that everyone wear a mask or face covering unless actively eating or drinking. Wash hands often for 20 seconds with soap and water. Provide hand sanitizer that has at least 60% alcohol and as always avoid touching one’s mouth, eyes and face. Remember to have a great time while still being cautious.
