There is a bit of good news in the fire front. Center Creek Trail Fire has shown limited fire behavior and currently poses no threat of moving south. The East Fork Fire however, has caused the Forest Service to modify the closure area. The Blindstream Road is closed from the switchbacks to Rock Creek Road. There was some very active fire behavior in Mackentire and Raspberry Draws. There is moderate burning northwest of Moon Lake campground, and fire growth along the West Fork Rock Creek area. If conditions remain favorable, the fire may burnout from Flea Flat to Mill Park since the crews completed the indirect line from Flea Flat to the wilderness boundary. Winds will be blowing south-southwest from 10 to 14 mph with gusts up to 20 mph. Higher elevations will have increased winds that lead active fire behavior. Please adhere to all road and area closures.
