For those businesses wanting to take part in the Roosevelt City Halloween Trick-or-Treat Parade here are a few things that you need to know. Be sure to be fully set-up by 2:50 pm because the pre-schoolers start promptly at 3pm. Expect to have over 2,000 children between the ages of 1-12. If you are want to give something to everyone plan for 5,000 peo ple. Businesses are free to hand out flyers or coupons that invite attendees to visit your business again. For those businesses that do not have a location on Main Street you are open to set up in front of any empty store front or at the South end of the parade route. However do NOT set up in the movie theater parking lot. Come help make this Halloween one of the best, most fun, and candy filled Halloweens for the kids.
