The Roosevelt City Council and City administration have undertaken a legal review of City ordinances along with the usual work of running the City. Presenting to the City Council in July, City Manager Ryan Snow reported that the City Code had been reviewed by codification company, Code Publishing, resulting in a 35 page list of items to be reviewed and reconciled. The Council reviewed the first 6 pages during that meeting and has and will continue to chip away at the rest during upcoming meetings. Snow also reported to the Council during that meeting the need for a Job Description/Wage/Benefit analysis for the full time staff positions as it has been at least 15 years since a complete analysis was done.
