Vernal City has invited bids on the American Dream Subdivision Improvements project. “The project consists of demolition, utility relocation, and public infrastructure improvements necessary to complete the American Dream Subdivision. Work includes abandoning and modifying existing water, sanitary sewer, electrical, telecommunications, and natural gas utilities while maintaining service to existing customers where required.” This project receives funding through a Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant. Bids are due by 11am on August 14th. More information is available at vernal.gov. The American Dream Subdivision is located in the area of 300 East 600 South in Vernal and is aimed at providing more affordable housing in the area.
