Enjoying Broadway under the stars is always part of summer plans for many in the Uintah Basin but, in case this year’s Outlaw Trail Production was not on your radar, the word is spreading like wildfire that ‘Prince of Egypt’ is absolutely not one to miss. Friends and family were able to attend a preview last week and have taken their excitement online, raving about the incredible talent, set, and experience. Prince of Egypt director Justin Benson knew something special was going to happen very early on. “Directing The Prince of Egypt has been a highlight of my theater experiences,” shares Benson. “I have really enjoyed being a part of putting this epic story on stage. It’s been a growing experience for me for sure. I have loved working with the cast and crew. I knew we were going to have an amazing show on day 1 of auditions. Our actors are so talented and dedicated to what they do.” The Prince of Egypt opens tonight at the Western Park Amphitheater and runs through August 1st.
