Superheroes and their families helped kick off the Dinosaur Roundup Rodeo last night during the Exceptional Rodeo held each year for special needs community members of all ages. Area rodeo royalty were among the volunteers at the event bringing smiles to the participants. Aubree Bastian, the Altamont Longhorn Days Princess, shared that she loves being part of the Exceptional Rodeo because it is so amazing seeing all the participants and trying to make their day. Daveney Batty, the Neola 4th of July Rodeo Princess, completely agreed and chimed in that when they are able to do that, it then makes her day. Livia Park, the 2nd Attendant for the Tabiona Rodeo, and Laramie Wells, the Altamont Junior Princess, both said that meeting the beautiful and nice people at the Exceptional Rodeo was the highlight of their night. Aisley Wells, the Duchesne County Princess, and Lexi Park, the Tabiona Rodeo Queen, agreed that taking pictures with the participants is always so much fun. Lexi added that this year was especially memorable as she now remembers many participants and they remember her as well. For those attending the Dinosaur Roundup Rodeo, watch for the Exceptional Rodeo Queen and King that will ride in the Grand Entry.
