A road rage incident ended in arrest on Monday in Duchesne County. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, the incident involved 27-year-old Dylan Tanner Laing who passed a truck, got in front of it, slammed on his brakes, and blew black smoke because he said the other truck had blown black smoke when he was behind it. The other driver followed Dylan to his residence to see what the problem was. Dylan went into his residence and retrieved an AR-15 style rifle and took it outside and pointed it at the individuals and then pointed the gun at the vehicle and threatened to shoot it. A search warrant was executed at Dylan’s residence as he refused to come out and talk to officers after they arrived. Dylan was taken into custody. Marijuana, a glass bong, and over twenty firearms were located in a safe inside the residence as well as other drug paraphernalia inside the residence. Dylan Tanner Laing is charged with 5 counts of felony Prohibited Dangerous Weapon Conduct, Threatening with a Dangerous Weapon, and drug charges.
