A young man from Vernal is rising the rodeo ranks as one of the 2026 Utah Junior High Rodeo Association State Champions. Congratulations to Mason Howard, the 2026 Bull Riding Champion. Mason trains under Joe Frost and was the focus of the Frost Legacy Training Rider Spotlight this week. “Mason started out here in calf riding and 6 years later he still shows up to practice week in and week out [and] attends training camp yearly,” shares Frost Legacy Training. “When he shows up he works the process, and now the process is working for him!
